What: City Council is reconsidering a Planning Board decision to allow an accessory structure to violate the 20-ft maximum height by 3 feet

When: Tuesday, May 17, 6 pm (agenda posted online on Friday)

Where:  City Council chambers

Why:  The Planning Board approved this height violation of the building code without applying all of the criteria for a site review.  If this decision is allowed to stand, future violations will be inevitable.  If this issue concerns you, please speak at the public hearing for this item or write to your City Council members.
