About the author:
Dr. Williams is a retired university professor in social sciences, teaching now part-time at Regis University. He received graduate degrees in theology at Boston University and Harvard, MA from New School for Political and Social Science, and a Ph.D. from the University of Colorado. He lives now at Orchard Grove in Boulder with his wife, Gretchen, writing books about social movements and cooperatives. Both volunteer at the homeless shelter, Christian Peacemaker Teams, Boulder Mennonite Church, and various other peace and social justice groups.
