Julia is a native of Boulder, Colorado. She attended Mapleton Elementary, and ended up with a degree in International Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado. She serves on the boards of Growing Gardens and Historic Boulder. She is a licensed realtor with a broad and deep knowledge of the Boulder community at large. (juliawrapp.com). Julia is passionate about building Community and prides herself on thinking outside the box in expanding the definition of "Community." She is an entrepreneur and works in Development with Boulderlamp, a local company providing local jobs and energy efficient lighting technology incorporating streetlights, high bay lighting, etc. She lives in a home on Mapleton Hill which she has owned for over thirty years.
