Kit Basom is a 10-year resident of the Orchard Grove Mobile Home Park and author of Magic Child. She has taught biology to teenagers in trouble with the law, science instruction to teachers of Native American children, English to Swedish farmers, Swedish language to Kurdish refugees, and couple dancing to fellow Boulderites.
